Renée Mandis, President
Renée Mandis has been President and Chief Copywriter of WSAA, Inc. since she founded the company in 1989. In that time, she has strategized, written, creative directed and produced advertising and marketing materials to help clients in many varying industries grow their businesses. Clients have included Parfums de Coeur, Prince Matchabelli, Rémy Amerique, Kraft General Foods, Olaf’s Sporting Goods, The Roundabout Theatre, The American Red Cross, Matrix Hair Care Products and the Zagat Survey.

Prior to starting WSAA, Inc., Ms Mandis was a senior copywriter at Ammirati & Puris (now Lintas) and Backer & Spielvogel (now Bates Worldwide) where she created advertising for Club Med, Miller Lite, Hyundai, Schweppes, Chiquita, Campbell’s Soup, Wendy’s and The Coalition for the Homeless.

Amy Falk Gross, Creative Director
Amy Gross, a partner in WSAA, Inc. is Creative Director and the head of the art department. Before joining WSAA, Ms. Gross was president of Amy Gross, Inc. where she created numerous ad campaigns for clients such as Baccarat Crystal, Lee Jofa Fabrics, The Wool Bureau and Variety Children’s Charity.

Prior to that, she was a Vice President/Associate Creative Dirctor ad Bozell Worldwide on Mass Mutual Insurance, Ellizabeth Arden and created a very successful public service campaign for the Children’s Welfare League.

Previous to that, she was the youngest Vice President/Associate Creative Director in McCaffrey McCall’s history, where she oversaw the Tiffany account, creating the blue box campaign, designing the famous Tiffany bag and choosing the color that is synonymous with Tiffany’s today.
